Targets.gif

Static Targets are fixed points in your workspace that are trackable while both jogging the robot in real-time or during a timeline animation movement.

The Static Target attributes are its x, y, and z coordinates. There are 4 ways to capture static targets in Lensmaster:

Static Target from Coordinates

Static target captured based on manual coordinates position inputs. Default position is (0,0,0).

Static Target from Camera

Static target recorded from the camera lens tip position.

Static Target from Focus

Static target captured at the center of the focal plane.

Static Target from Measurement

Static target captured from tape measurements to the lens tip.

Multiple Static Targets can be added to the same workspace and labeled with various names and colors for easy reference.

How to add a static target to your workspace:

  1. Go to your target manager and click New Target

  2. Hover over Static Target and select the method of capture for the static target.

  3. A spherical ball shape is shown in your workspace to confirm the addition of the target.
