Dynamic Targets

Dynamic Targets in Lensmaster lets you keyframe a moving target position using focus or tape measurement along the Timeline.

Becoming familiar with how dynamic targets operate helps you design more intricate camera movements such as moving or orbiting around a product while the camera traces some of its important features.

There are three ways in which a dynamic target keyframe can be added:

Dynamic Target Keyframe from Focus

Adds a dynamic target keyframe based on the current focus plane.

Right click on Timeline | Add Keyframe | Add Dynamic Target Keyframe | From Focus

Press T

Dynamic Target Keyframe from Measurement

Adds a dynamic target keyframe based on tape measurement from the lens tip to the desired target keyframe.

Right click on Timeline | Add Keyframe | Add Dynamic Target Keyframe | From Measurement

Dynamic Target Keyframe from Camera

Adds a dynamic target keyframe based on the camera lens tip position.

Right click on Timeline | Add Keyframe | Add Dynamic Target Keyframe | From Camera
