I can't connect to my robot. How to resolve this?
Troubleshooting your KUKA robot ethernet connection
Make sure you are able to ping your robot RSI and KLI IP addressess from your host PC. By default, those IP addresses are
192.168.2.147
and172.31.1.147
.To test the connection with RSI, type in the following command and hit enter:
ping 192.168.2.147To test the connection with KLI, type in the following command and hit enter:
ping 172.31.1.147If you're not able to ping any of the IP addresses:
Double-check your Ethernet cable is properly plugged in to your network switch and also robot.
Re-Confirm that your PC and Robot network settings are correctly configured according to the recommended Camerabotics settings.
Verify that Windows Firewall is not blocking Lensmaster from connecting to the robot. Make sure that Lensmaster is whitelisted to connect over your local area network.
Sometimes, even if everything is properly configured, you may need to do a single restart to your PC / Robot.
