This article goes over the Animation Timeline toolbar, which is found to the left of the Timelines

Tool	Function
	Toggle slope control.
	Toggle position control.
	Toggle time edit control.
	Set the timeline view to be the whole movement. The movement start and end points correspond to the time of the earliest and latest keyframes, respectively.
	Zoom in at cursor.
	Zoom out at cursor.
	Set the timeline view to be the ROI. The ROI (Region of Interest) represents the start and end points of the virtual animation player. You can modify the ROI by dragging the lower triangle mark of the white vertical lines in the timeline, which represent the start and the end of the ROI.
	Reset the ROI to be the whole movement.
	Add a filet between two keyframes.
	Average the speed between selected keyframes.
	Drop down menu to define the starting elbow position of the movement (Elbow up or Elbow down).
	Drop down menu to define the starting wrist position of the movement.
