My Tilta motor is connected but not moving. What's the issue?

FIZ Troubleshooting

1. Check the COM port number that appears when the FIZ unit is plugged in your PC and keep note of the COM number.

2. Confirm that the correct USB FIZ BOX COM port number is entered in the FIZ communication settings.

3. Confirm the FIZ box is powered using a 12-volt power supply with a rated maximum current of 2-amps.

4. Confirm a good connection between the motor and FIZ unit using the LEMO cable.
